Lynn was chosen for us by SIRVA Relocation Service for 3M. Lynn reached out to us before we left our home in Prairieville, LA to introduce herself, she asked us what we were looking for in our choice of a new home. She set us up with a search site that would send us properties on the market which matched our desired house. After we arrived at our temporary location, which was a 40 ft motorhome at the KOA Campground in Hillsboro, AL, Lynn would drive over, pick me up, and we would spend all day looking at homes that matched my desired house. When we found a house that we really wanted, sadly it had a contract on it. The contract was a contingency offer, with a first right of refusal clause. We asked Lynn if we could still look at the house. She made the appointment and when we saw the house, we were head over heels in love with it. We made an offer to buy the house and waited out the 48-hour window...Lynn called to let us know our offer was accepted by the sellers. She then went to work to help us jump through all the hoops that come with the purchase of a new home. We closed on the house without a hitch and are now happily unpacking our personal and household belongings. If Lynn had not been willing to ask that we be allowed to view this house, we would still be living in our motorhome. Can't thank Lynn enough for all her great efforts in the entire process.
